2- The client and consultant are obligated to ensure optimal audio and video quality.

3- Based on the file received by the consultant before the session, the possibility of rejecting or approving the customer’s question is provided. If the consultant approves the response to the question and lacks sufficient information, the right to refund the payment to the customer is reserved, and the consultant does not receive any money.

4- The consultant confirms by accepting these rules that they will provide all their technical information to the customer for the purpose of solving the mentioned issue in the session and will make every effort to satisfy the customer.

5- If a counseling session has a suitable level of quality, we can use its content as a product, and in that case, the consultant will receive 30% of each sale.

5-1 If the consultant performs all necessary operations for package production from the consultation session, this commission rate will increase by 50%. (These operations include preparing an instructional lesson in English with narration and subtitles, preparing instructional examples of the subject in the form of videos or PDFs, preparing the product description on the website, and providing necessary support for sales.)

6- The consultant is obliged to check and review the customer’s file within a maximum of 24 hours, and if the consultant does not respond, the case will be referred to another consultant after this time.

7- Since each consultant specifies their available time in their own dashboard, including the number of days and hours available for consultation, if the consultant is absent in the session, considering the damage caused by organizing a new session by another consultant, 30% of the consultancy fee will be considered as compensation in the consultant account.

8-In case the consultant is absent in the session and does not respond to calls or actively cooperate for two months in the counseling system, the consultant’s account will be suspended.

9-The consultant’s fee will be paid if the customer is completely satisfied after 10 days.

10- Due to the necessity of preserving the rights of customers and considering that consultants are introduced to customers through the CAEassistant.com website, communication with the customer must take place through the counseling system, and the consultant has no right to communicate with the customer outside the counseling process. If the CAE Assistant team becomes aware of this issue, their user account will be closed. The resulting damages from this communication will be considered in the consultant’s account, and the company has the right to pursue legal action.

11- After 3 registered dissatisfactions by the customer, the consultant’s account will be suspended.

12- If the consultant’s internet connection is interrupted, the consultant is obligated to reschedule a free session for the remaining time of the session.

13- Since our goal is to satisfy the customer, if the customer has difficulty expressing the issue verbally in English, time will be allocated to write the text in English for the customer.

14- If insufficient or incorrect information is provided to the customer, causing customer dissatisfaction and resulting in the session ending in less than 45 minutes, the CAE team, after reviewing the session video, will carry out the necessary investigations. The consultant, in this form, confirms to accepts the final decision of the CAE Team.

15- Any final decision regarding refund and resolution of issues between the parties is the responsibility of CAE team, and both parties will accept the final decision of the CAE team by confirming this form.

16- All material and intellectual rights of counseling sessions will belong to the CAEassistant website. According to our discretion, the content of this session may be published in any form. (It should be noted that the project information provided by the customer will be considered confidential and will be kept secret by the website and the consultant, but the questions and answers (challenges and solutions) will generally belong to the CAE website).

17- If the consultant leaves the session midway and does not return, they will not receive any payment for that session. A penalty fee will be charged to the consultant for future sessions, and if this behavior is repeated, the consultant’s account will be suspended.

Terms and conditions of the project

1-For carrying out client projects, the consultant must provide us with a minimum price. We will negotiate with the client, and rest assured, the minimum price you provide will not be exceeded.

Order process for project:
1-1- Prepay and sending the Receipt.
1-2-Preparing the customized project completely by CAE Assistant Group.
1-3- Sending a video that shows your project has been prepared completely.
1-4- Payment of the remaining amount.
1-5- Sending the project files completely.

2-The minimum price you declare will be increased by 30%, and this will be the final price of the project.

3-The consultant-to-CAE Assistant percentage ratio will be 70 to 30. For example, if the final cost of the project is 100 euros, 70 euros will be allocated to the consultant and 30 euros will be allocated to the website.

4-The amount you declare will be reduced by 12% for taxes and other expenses during the payment stage.

5-If any disagreement arises between the consultant and the client during the project, CAE Assistant will act as an arbitrator who will review the file and make a judgment.

6-After 2 to 3 weeks of project completion and payment by the client, if the client is completely satisfied, the full amount will be deposited into the consultant’s account.

7-To initiate the project, we require an upfront payment from the client before starting the project.

8-If the client is not satisfied with the work after project completion and requires revisions, upon approval by the arbitration team, the consultant is obligated to complete the file and submit it.

Terms and Conditions for Client
1- line by line troubleshooting in the code and program is not the consultant’s responsibility, and only general solutions can be provided. The CAE website does not guarantee this.

2-The client and consultant are obligated to ensure optimal audio and video quality.

3- The client must prepare their questions in fluent and clear English before the session, and if they participate in the session without English language readiness, the client will bear the consequences of wasting the session time and it will be not considered extra time.

4- The client is obliged to ask their question (in the file uploaded during the appointment) technically, accurately, and clearly, and with complete information about their issue and project, so that the consultant can answer the questions well if more information about the file or project is needed.

5-Refunding to a bank account is not possible (except for specific cases). In the event of a refund request, the money will be returned to your wallet on the website, which can be used to purchase packages or other services, such as consultation services.

6- The customer is required to participate in the evaluation during the session, and if they do not complete the emailed evaluation form, it means they were satisfied with the entire session and will not agree to a refund request if requested.

7- If the client is not satisfied with the session content and requests a refund, their request will be reviewed by our team, and if it does not meet the refund criteria, the money will not be refunded.

The cases that do not qualify for a refund include:

7-1- If the client asks questions during the counseling session that are unrelated to the topics mentioned in the submitted question file (time is allocated for the session, and the main subject is not addressed).

7-2- If the client purchases the wrong card, only 70% of the amount will be refunded.

7-3- If the customer is dissatisfied with the session and leaves the session before it is completed, and the CAE Assistant team does not confirm that the consultant was disappointing, no refund will be issued

8-If the consultant leaves the session midway and does not return, the full amount will be deposited into the customer’s wallet account on the website.

9-If the customer is dissatisfied with the session and leaves the session before it is completed, and the CAE Assistant team confirms that the consultant was unsatisfactory, 70% of the money will be refunded to the customer’s wallet on the website.

10-The customer can cancel the session up to 2 days before the session

If a customer cancels within the specified timeframe, 100% of the money will be refunded to the customer’s wallet on the website within one week. However, if the cancellation occurs after the specified deadline, 40% of the money will be refunded to the customer’s wallet.

11-Delaying the timely presence in the meeting for more than 15 minutes will result in the cancellation of the session and the absence of the client will be counted. According to the previous clause, 50% of the money for purchasing products from the website will be refunded to your wallet.

12-In accordance with the session reminder one day and one hour before the session, if the client does not attend the session and does not inform beforehand, only 50-30% of the client’s payment will be refunded to their wallet for purchasing website products.

13- You cannot establish direct communication with a consultant, and if you establish communication outside the website platform, caeassistant.com is not responsible for any payment or transferred content.

Terms and conditions of the project

1-If a client requests a project, the consultant will first review the client’s files and then declare the price. After the client makes the down payment, the project will commence.

2-After completing the project, the client has up to 3 days to make the payment. For each day of delay beyond the specified deadline, 1% of the total project amount will be added as an additional cost.

3-If the client is dissatisfied with the completed project and requests revisions, this matter will be reviewed by the CAE Assistant team, and if approved by the arbitration team, the consultant is obligated to complete the project.

4-If the client requests additional work beyond what was initially specified after the completion of the project, they will need to make a separate payment and submit a new request.

5-If a disagreement arises between the consultant and the client, the CAE Assistant team will act as an arbitrator.
