Project Package 1- Simulation of forming in ABAQUS: 9 workshops in +200 min Video

To introduce the “Simulation of forming in Abaqus” package, first, we get you some general information about forming process. Today, engineers are using different ways to produce usable components. One of the most important manufacturing processes is forming process. In this process, a raw part will be converted to a product with no removal of materials. This is one of the advantages that this method has.

In this package, you will learn how to simulate the forming process in Abaqus and identify the effective parameters in it. We have mentioned rolling, hydroforming, extrusion, ECAP, Cold forging, and drilling processes in this package.

Project Package 2- Simulation of impact in ABAQUS: 7 workshops in 140 min Video

In this package, we will teach you how to simulate and analyze Impact-Crash in Abaqus software. Also, these 7 workshops are practical examples for you. Here, we have also discussed how to use the dynamic explicit solver.

Project Package 3- CEL Analysis in Abaqus: 2 Workshops in 60 min Video

Using a Lagrangian-Eulerian contact, Eulerian materials can come into contact with Lagrangian elements. Simulations performed in this way are called CEL in Abaqus. The most important feature of this simulation method is its easy use of General Contact explicit in Abaqus. Because this method allows us to simulate completely physically or the interaction between a liquid and a structure.

Project Package 4- SPH in Abaqus: 5 Workshops in 70 min Video

Abaqus SPH (Smoothed particle hydrodynamics) is a computational method which uses for simulating the continuum media mechanics. This method is useable for solid mechanics and fluid flow analysis. It has been used in various research fields, including astrophysics, ballistics, volcanology, and oceanography. SPH method is a mesh-free Lagrangian method (where the coordinates move with the fluid), and the resolution of the method could be defined and set based on some variables like density.

Project Package 5- Explosion Simulation in Abaqus: 2 Workshops in 120 min Video

In this simulation, an explosion over the brick wall has been analyzed. Dynamic explicit is appropriate for this type of analysis. This example demonstrates how ABAQUS can be used to predict the long-duration response of submerged structures that experience loading by a wave resulting from an underwater explosion (UNDEX).

Project Package 6- Optimization in ABAQUS Analysis: 3 Workshops in 60 min Video

This tutorial presents a simple example of optimization module usage. In the first workshop, It’s a steel bridge with a Static-general procedure type. Running the problem in two ways (with and without optimization) performed to have a comparison between the two designs. Freezing load and boundary conditions implemented during the optimization process to find the best design.

Project Package 7- Simulation of Fracture in Abaqus: 6 workshops in 200 min English Video

In the engineering world, one of the most important problems that humans faced is the fracture phenomenon.

study about fracture is important for improving the mechanical performance of components. So, in this package, you will get information about fractures and how a crack will grow in a component. Also, you will know about the XFEM crack growth Classic method that is used to simulate crack behavior. After using the “Simulation of Fracture in Abaqus” package, you will be able to simulate the crack growth using these methods in 2D and 3D models.

    Good! I found good knowledge to model different types of simulation. Please let me know, do you have a package(s) to teach me Abaqus simulation from basics with Theory!! All I can find everywhere do not have enough knowledge. I want to be a professional user, not an imitating user.
